Pickup

Local pickup in Ontario is free. We'll email you the pickup address and a time once your order is ready. You can pay by e-Transfer ahead of time or with cash when you collect.

Shipping within Canada

Flat rate of $12.00 per order. Orders ship once payment has been received.

Because everything is made by hand, made-to-order pieces take a little longer — we'll tell you the expected timing when we confirm your order.

Returns & problems

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Custom and made-to-order items can't be returned unless there's a fault.
